Core-ECT Diamond Drilling successfully completed the removal of approximately 500 metres of heavily reinforced temporary concrete road crossing in Leicester on behalf of AR Demolition. The project was carried out within a sensitive nature reserve where live underground services were located just four inches below the concrete surface, making careful planning and precision cutting essential throughout the works.
The objective was to safely remove the reinforced concrete roadway without damaging the buried services or surrounding environment. To achieve this, our experienced team utilised a combination of diamond floor sawing and stitch drilling techniques, allowing each section of concrete to be removed safely and efficiently while maintaining complete control throughout the project.
